Customer BoardThe aim of the customer board is to develop new concepts and discuss new measures together with our customers. This gives us the opportunity to better meet the needs of our live customers and take into account their valuable feedback.
The customer board is a consultative panel made up of five customer representatives. Customers wishing to join the customer board can apply in writing, stating why they wish to join the panel. The five customers are subsequently selected using objective criteria. The members of the customer board are volunteers and are made up of a representative cross section of our customers. The customer board provides a strong link between the FXdirekt Bank and our customers. All of our customers can send us their feedback and suggestions via the following email address: kundenboard@fxdirekt.de. These suggestions will be discussed in the regular customer board meetings.
